The Palm Beach Atlantic University lacrosse program is one of the top rising lacrosse programs in the South. Established in 2002, PBA men's lacrosse has been growing steadily since its' inception. Palm Beach Atlantic is located in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida (avg. temperature: 78 degrees), just one mile from the Atlantic Ocean and situated on the Intracoastal Waterway. Palm Beach Atlantic is lead by Chris Southard, entering his ninth season as head coach.

Currently, PBA competes in the SELC's Division II South Region against opponents like SCAD, University of North Florida, and The Citadel. The Sailfish also assemble a tough out-of-conference schedule, including MCLA DI teams (Miami, USF and Alabama, for example) and stout DII competition. In March, Palm Beach Atlantic will host the 2011 Sailfish Shootout, inviting top competition from across the country. Last season, PBA won the Shootout with wins over Stonehill College (PCLL) and Georgia State.

Our program is a unique niche because we are an experienced lacrosse program with a strong Christian commitment in a great location. If you'd like to read more about becoming a part of the Sailfish lacrosse community, please visit our recruiting page.
