Preseason Rankings Are Released; Sailfish #12 in D-II
Emory selected to repeat in DII. SCAD picked #2.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The Southeast Lacrosse Conference has released its' 2009 preseason rankings. These rankings are based on averages of each coaches' individual preseason poll. In Division II, PBA has been picked to finish 12th out of 18 teams.

Overall, Emory University has been chosen to repeat as SELC D-2 champions. The Savannah College of Art & Design received two first place votes and finished second in voting. Other South Region teams were picked as follows–– #7 Coastal Carolina Univ., #10 Eckerd College, #14 Georgia Southern Univ., #17 Univ. of North Florida.

In SELC D-1, Florida State University has been chosen to win the championship.
